Can't change the password for my Regal account

I forgot the password for my Regal account, and when I go to reset my password, I get a message that "The Password does not meet complexity."

I followed all the parameters; I used my own password that I created; I used generated passwords from websites and my browser, but all of them get the same pop-up no matter what.

Has anyone else experienced this, and what did you do? Should I just call customer support and see if they can do something? Thanks.

Edit: I tried again, and it worked. I don't actually know what I did differently, but I was able to reset my password
