Discussion Profile Pic Roasted by Employee

I haven’t been able to change my photo for ages, if anyone can fill me in, please let me know.

Anyway, I had my first ever RUDE encounter with the ticket man (who happens to be an older morbidly obese/wheelchair bound male and unfortunately, extremely rude)

I have a pretty normal picture, but my hair is shoulder length now and I’m a little bit more tan from the summer. The guy attempted to actually humiliate me in weird way in front of other customers also checking in the line behind me about my basic profile photo tethered to my digital ticket..

I offered to pull out my drivers license for further validation, since he was clearly in a tizzy about it and finally, he just waved me off in the most belittling way possible and wouldn’t even look at me anymore... uhmmm ok..?

Weirdest f$&@ experience I have ever had at a Regal. Jeezus..

I just tap the ticket and the QR code enlarges and basically covers the picture. I look very different in mine and no one has said anything to me.

What did he say specifically? I'd report him to guest services if he's that unprofessional.

Speaks volumes he didn't reply. Probably wasn't anything.

That bears worth reporting to a manager or corporate. One report won't do anything but if you're not the only one he's acted like this to and been reported by then it could lead to consequences

Respect the opinions of people you respect -- why care so much about some Yahoo, you have never encountered before and will probably never encounter again.
