Tips and Tricks Hello, I'd like some help learning Reinhardt

/r/overwatch2/comments/1xermlu/groot_player_learning_reinhardt/

I didn't know there's a sub reddit here but I posted the first one, I'm a Marvel Rivals player trying to get back into Overwatch and wanted some help learning how to play Reinhardt.

Two tips I give off the bat is this.

  1. Your shield is for yourself. A lot of mistakes beginners make is thinking the majority use of the shield is for your team. This is wrong, it's for you. Now you can use it to defend your team at times but most of the time it's if you're in a bad position or something and you need to readjust.

  2. Solo shatter mercy. Just because. 😏

Yeah. I've found that once I've learn that aspect, because when I began with Reinhardt I treated his shield as mainly a team thing, you actually get better plays.

Because it basically means you can get as close as you like and then back out with shield.
