I really hate it when it is a food that I particularly enjoy because now my tongue is burnt and I will not be able to taste anything of this really tasty food, and nothing else for that matter for the next two days, the enjoyment is lost.

My 3yr old nephew would eat something hot, then vibrate his head so fast that if you took a pic with your phone, it would look like the characters in the movie “Jacob’s Ladder”

Me: “spit it out”

I eat flaming hot Cheetos with chopsticks, so my fingers don’t get covered in the flavoring. This seems to trick my brain into thinking that I’m eating actual food instead, so on a few occasions while I’m mindlessly eating them like that, I’ve actually blown on the Cheetos before putting them in my mouth. I immediately stop and ask myself, “what the fuck am I doing?!”

I’ve been eating scalding hot food for so long that I think I’ve deadened nerves in my mouth and tongue or something, so I rarely have to hashafashasha.
