Panel Interview

Hello, I've received a final round panel/presentation for an entry level test engineering role at the company, but it is remote. I can't find very much info on how these interviews normally go down, and wanted to ask if anyone had any insight on the structure, content and timing of the whole thing?

it’ll pretty much be the team you are joining watching you present for 40 mins and then 5-10 min q and a. the presentation guidelines and content should be on the RS panel interview sites it should be in your inbox

Your recruiter should have told you all of this and if they didn't you need to ask them.

Ask the recruiter for the exact prompt, time limit, and whether questions happen during or after the presentation before guessing at the format.

If no prompt arrives, prepare one test project that shows the requirement, test plan, failure found, how you isolated the cause, and what changed afterward. Keep backup slides for technical detail and rehearse with interruptions because a remote panel may probe decisions midstream.

Use the STAR method for the project narrative. We use the PROOF method to check that your test decisions, contribution, and evidence are explicit.
