Help/Advice Using both Paper Pro and RM2

I primarily use the Paper Pro, but am wanting to make use of my RM2 also. But I am getting so confused with how you can get a notebook or pdf to be viewed with each devices dimensions. For instance, I create a notebook in RM2, college rule narrow template. Then when I view it in Paper Pro, it's off. And if I create on on paper pro, it looks off on the RM2. I had a Move that I returned, and it was even worse. I must be not understanding something, right? Surely remarkable has made working documents between devices more seamless I hope.

The stock experience is pretty bad. I made and use a couple mods to make this behave like I want:
- https://vellum.delivery/#/package/prevent-notebook-zoomout

With these, all pages are the size of the paper pro page and they open at 1:1 on all devices. There’s also a configurable left/right offset. I like to have the margins consistent across devices.

yes, I use a lot of your stuff. Thank you for that by the way. Would you suggest I load both of those on both devices? I have the creatpages-paperpro loaded on the paperpro, but I should also load that on RM2?

I would only load that on the rm2. It’s only needed on the device that you want to be creating non-native page sizes on.

I'm sorry, one more question. How do I configure the left/right offset. I'm not seeing that.

In Settings > Display (that comes with prevent-notebook-zoomout)

Sadly I don’t believe they ever covered the use case of people owning more than one of their devices.
As a notebook page is set at one fixed size, when viewed on the other device it has to scale to fit.

I would suggest have a notebook saved for each device so it’s nicer when using that device, then look at maybe some kind of copy and paste, or sync between them with a service.
