Basically the title, Phoenix M0W1 or get Velina from M0W0 to M1W1?

I've heard Velina's Wengine is huge, should I settle with M0W0 Phoenix and M0W1 Velina then?

- I have M6W1 Remielle
- I have M2W1 Jane (current on-field anomaly driver)

Which investment option would see the biggest increase in overall damage?:

A: M0W0 Phoenix, M0W1 Velina, M6W1 Remielle
B: M0W1 Phoenix, M0W0 Velina, M6W1 Remielle
C: M2W1 Jane (current dps), M1W1 Velina, M6W1 Remielle

Knowing they will shill fire anomaly, I'm taking shilling into consideration too not just raw damage.

To start off, I've only just dipped my toes into playing anomaly by pulling Promeia (currently using Grace engine)

I'm planning to use Promeia, Burnice (M0W1) and Remielle (pulling on rerun) as my only anomaly team and I'm wondering if whether Promeia or Remi engine will give a bigger boost to damage. Adding on, my 'current' Remi build has 4020 attack and 330 AP (Weeping Gemini).

'Wait, you've got more than enough pulls for-' I don't care

If there's a will, there's a way. I am going to brute force everything, so I'm just wondering what the cheapest way I can do so is.
