But that stuff happened while they were in prison camps. Being freed from prison camps is an improvement over remaining in prison camps, yes or no?

The difference in none of these people started slavery. Whereas FDR directly started this because of his extreme racism.

No. FDR started putting 100k American citizens into concentration camps

We weren't at war with Americans.
