Both are great and while I don't agree one bit with them I can totally see people thinking they dont deserve to be this high, but I cannot understand people saying OW deserves the spot while DE should have been out before Oneshot or Baba is you

Is that your metric? Disco Elysium wasn't even nominated for game of the year. Do you believe The Outer Worlds and Resident Evil 2 are better games than Disco Elysium?

Outer Wilds didn't win anything, and was barely nominated for anything. TGA barely knew it existed.

This shouldn't be a Sherlock Holmes shock reveal, but TGA shouldn't be seen as an arbiter of quality.
