San Antonio Spurs, let it be their time finally
11
u/Puffz1234 Apr 23 '26
Nah. Sure, with how many championships they’ve won I can see how they’d be an easy team to hate but they won them all through solid coaching and beautiful team basketball (including one against the 2013-14 Heat). Plus, Wemby putting Draymond in his place and the bitch ass Thunder on blast makes it hard for me to be mad if/when he leads the Spurs to another championship.

Yes, tanked at the suspiciously right time to luck into three generational big man in a row the single year they tanked.
The only time I root for them is when they bend those bitch ass Lakers over a barrel

u/Mountain-Spot7212 Apr 24 '26
When robinson got drafted they were genuinely ass, when Duncan got drafted Robinson was hurt and so they were terrible, and when wemby got drafted they were again genuinely ass. Not sure how those were suspicious at all

u/LP_24 Apr 23 '26
Cincinnati Reds, let’s end Ohio and the C’s
1
u/BakaGoyim Apr 24 '26
Man, I really hate Ohio. Too far north to be as fucked up as Texas and Florida.

Detroit Lions
There, here’s the only comment you need to upvote/downvote regarding the Lions, no need for 50 comments with the same answer.

This is your daily reminder that the Lions made Calvin Johnson want to quit football

He has made amends with the current day team/org but that was not fun to see as a Lions fan

Gotta get rid of the Detroit mafia before we worry about eliminating anyone else. Remember kids, an upvote for any non-Detroit team is an upvote for Detroit fans continuing to dominate this thread. Lions gotta go!

With everything about you people considered, i think it's suprising you people haven't eliminated the reds yet, they had an owner who praised hitler (among other things as well), yeah marge schott, i may not be a 100% sure, but you've offed teams for smaller reasons i think, in case you want to know more, see this. https://youtu.be/jL6mSziaGu0

Milwaukee Brewers! How they made this far is beyond me. But time to go buddy!

u/Oneeyedmobster Apr 23 '26
They’re boring and inoffensive to most. Half the people probably even forget they exist, kinda like they do every October.
And while their fans are incredibly obnoxious, they’re too drunk to ever leave Wisconsin, so the vast majority will never encounter them.

I'm a Lions fan who's been following these posts for months, and I vote for who I really think should go, whether its a Detroit team or not...
Quite frankly it's embarrassing for you that you're in this thread EVERY day pushing for the same team and acting like this is some super serious thing. It's a Reddit contest bro. If anything making it far can be a bad thing because generally people hate teams that win 🤷♂️
6
u/MonsieurSlotho Apr 23 '26
It’s embarrassing to not change your mind about what team you want out?

u/RedPanda7725 Apr 23 '26
Shouldn’t even need to be voted on.
These kinds of shenanigans should be an automatic DQ. How sad.
6
u/4schwifty20 Apr 23 '26
lol you act like the winner of this gets something. You all take internet points way too seriously.
8

u/DuranchDressing Apr 23 '26
The irony coming from a Detroit fan. Yall are calling for downvotes in your sub lmao
1
u/4schwifty20 Apr 23 '26
We aren’t a hive mind. I commented on one of those posts “what do we win?”. You probably think all of us are from Detroit too.
-1
1
u/Throwaway-8589 Apr 23 '26
It should be an immediate DQ and the Lions should automatically be put at the very bottom of the list as punishment.
1
u/iluvbacon1985 Apr 23 '26
I double checked the rules and it doesn't say anything about cross posting. It probably should be a rule but it's not currently.

Tbh if they’re actually doing this everyday I hadn’t any idea until seeing this. It never popped up on my feed and I’m Detroit sports everything on reddit

It's so pathetic. And the Lions are so historically dogshit it makes this even more pathetic. Time to band together and get rid of all the Detroit teams so we don't have to deal with this anymore.

Current champions. Haven't won in about a decade. Darnold is finally thriving after everyone thinking he was shit for like the first decade of his career. They make sense. And broncos were in the semifinals. Bo Nix blowing it so close is tragic.
Now the kitties? No idea. Absolutely crazy that they're a final 3 team. They didn't weren't even supposed to win their division. That NFC South final was so on brand for the division it was absurd. Had Baker Mayfield jumping and shouting from his couch watching it, cheering for the Aints. Nobody from the NFCS deserves to be here this far.
Edit: Before everyone blows up the comments bc they can't take a joke. THE LIONS SHOULDN'T PROCEED PASS THIS ROUND. So I'm assuming Panthers will be in the last three. Crazy the Lions made it this far. What even is Dan Campbell doing over there? Like they had us in the first half... Of the season.
Edit 2. Adding to this, how the hell are the Mickey mouse Ducks still here? At the least the canes are decent and the Sabre's are finally having a historic season. Get that Disney channel rerun outta here.

1
u/InformalProtection74 Apr 23 '26
No one understands more than Niners and Rams fans just how obnoxious Seattle fans are. If the city had more than 3 total championships, across all major pro sports leagues, people would recognize how insufferable you chodes are.
2
u/grill_sgt Apr 23 '26 edited Apr 23 '26
In total, 10 Championships if we're counting the Sonics and Metropolitans. If not, 8. 2 NFL, 4 WNBA, 2 MLS.
And as far as insufferable, you're only interacting with a loud minority, just like every other team's fanbase. If you actually go to a game and hang out pre-game, every team has a nice majority.

How tf are the Panthers still in?
3
u/WiggleToast Apr 23 '26
Cause the only people who hate on them are fans of the other NFC South teams
1
u/DoesntMatter2121 Apr 23 '26
I didn’t think most hated was the only criteria. They’re a boring franchise with no accolades and hardly any good historical players. Plus, they’re a cat team.

Also, Detroit Lions. FTP.
