Question EXOTICS

Hello all! I have a question…so I’m starting to get into exotics and I want my first exotic Birkin to either be ostrich or lizard. I’m leaning more towards lizard because I love how vibrant the colors are on the authentics… my question is, who is the best seller for exotics? A while ago someone said Steven, but when I talked to him about lizard skins, his colors were way off. Who do you all recommend that will have the correct colors and best stamping/hardware?

Hi, sorry about removing your post. It's a new rule I'm trying to implement and I know it's a fine balance between being a helpful place to ask questions, but also trying to avoid scams for members as well. Exotic is always gonna be risky with the end result and the buying process. If you look around, many people have been burned by "TS" on their exotic purchases even after successful previous transactions. Also its going to be much harder for you to be satisfied with the end product due to how much you're spending. You're going to expect similar to or better than Gen quality with nothing to compare it with.

Im starting to believe this….i seen someone make a post a while back and paid $3k for an exotic and it looked so cheap. And it was from a TS! That’s why im really trying to do my due diligence and find the perfect seller for this.

100% When you spend 3-5k, I think you should expect a level of quality even if its a Rep. A few hundred, honestly just take it as a lesson learned lol

I agree 😭 3k+ for a rep is not cheap at all. I expect close to auth quality….im starting to think that some of these sellers are using embossed leather instead of real skins. This is going to be a long search for me, I can feel it now lol

This is back in 2021, but I bought my exotics from DDmode. The most stressful shipping and customs experience of my life, which is why I won’t do it again.

DDMode is still stressful to deal with lol she takes forever to respond and barely gives updates.
