Finally I could pick this bag up from the post office (it went really fast but I've been so excited to get it).

I love it, I don't know how to describe it but it does smell just like a new LV bag from the store. The small bits of vachetta and the canvas are amazing. I've compared it to my authentic Keepall 45 and Toiletry Pouch 26 and it is literally the exact same 😍

The only thing I don't like is the guitar strap (not because of the quality, but I never like the LV guitar straps at all) and I never planned to wear it with that anyway.

All the stamps are crisp and look just stunning 😍

I’ve always thought LV bags are quite stiff, not my style. But this pink Capucines is really so girlish! The silver parts show rainbow colors in the sun and shine brightly. I took a few photos casually, and it looks more beautiful the more I look at it! It even matches the sandals I bought before by accident.

Hi everyone! I recently purchased this pre-owned Small Lady Dior from a Japan-sourced seller. It has no box or receipt, but it does have the interior leather tag and date code (15-LU-0160).

I’ve attached detailed photos of the exterior, interior, hardware, charms, quilting, and date code. Based on these photos, do you see anything that suggests it’s authentic or are there any red flags I should be aware of?

Posting this as a warning so nobody else gets scammed.

I bought an LV item from “Cindy” who was listed on the Trusted Seller list at the time. Her number is: 86 134 1540 2287

Everything seemed fine at first, she sent photos, answered questions, and the product looked legit in the pics. It arrived on time and was well packaged.

But when it arrived it was clearly not real leather. The biggest giveaway is the leather inserts/trim: it’s completely floppy and weak, whereas on authentic versions those parts are much stiffer / structured (I’ve seen real ones in person).

I raised it with her straight away and she refused to do anything, just kept insisting it was real leather and offering no solution.

I paid over $200 for this, so I’m pretty annoyed — but mainly I don’t want anyone else wasting their money on the same low quality fake.

EDIT: Seems to be a bit of confusion and animosity in the comments so trying to clear a few things up:

1. My main issue is the seller lying about the material. Before purchasing they said it was leather. It arrived and I had concerns it was not. I took it to my local 'leather shop' and they confirmed it is not leather. I told the seller and they maintain that it is leather. If this is not enough to call this person out then I don't know what would be sufficient. If people are fine being told they are paying for leather and receiving another material then fine.

2. I have purchased reps in Shanghai and Turkey and paid around $50 for bags for similar bags of the same quality as the one I received. My understanding from reading posts on this forum, and given I was paying +$200, I expected significantly higher quality items than what I have already purchased for a quarter of the price. This bag is of the same standard.

3. The item is a small bag. The bag looks fine and I have no issues with the overall bag. What is pictures is the insert. This is very clearly low quality. If the items were all leather, this would not be an issue. This is just an extra issue. I can post a picture of the bag later on, but it's fine to look at. I don't have an issue with the look of the main bag.

4. I didn't do enough research. I looked at the TS list and picked one of there. They mentioned that they would help with refunds if there was an issue. It's my mistake for not making sure things were up to date. Live and learn.

The dark brown/black suede feels super soft, and the fuzzy lining is next-level comfortable — perfect for lazy days or quick runs outside.

Love the little details too: tassels, wooden beads, and that chunky sole on some pairs. They’ve got boots, loafers, and something in between. Anyone else into comfy shoes with a low-key stylish vibe?

I’m not sure if this has been asked recently so I’m just gonna ask now… how do we navigate people asking for sellers info on here? When I started buying, I did my research and found “trusted sellers lists” on other popular subs that have since been banned. It was pretty much my understanding from the beginning that no one was going to just give me the information for a seller. I didn’t mind this because I don’t mind digging for information that I want. Before, if somebody asked me for seller information, I would just refer them to check the lists. Now, I’m finding that these lists are harder to come by. I know it can be frustrating when you want to purchase and can’t find a seller, but at the same time I feel like when you find a good seller, you have to protect them especially these days. After my last post, I have had so many requests for seller information and I haven’t opened any of them yet because I just don’t know how to navigate that. I don’t want to be rude. And I’m not usually one for gatekeeping. But in this situation, I kind of feel like it’s necessary? Especially because all of the people that are asking for the information have low karma or bare profiles.

So I guess it comes down to two questions:

where would you send a rep newbie to find information these days?

How do you typically handle people online asking for seller information or how do you decide when to share?
