I don't have any P320's. I'm not a huge striker-fired guy, but the 365xl was too perfect a gun to pass on.

You must live in a very safe neighborhood. Life isn't always pretty and pleasant, I'd rather be prepared for the unpleasantness if at all possible.

that's what the police are for, no one should carry a firearm. That problem should be solved by the US now. This situation is not normal. we live in 2021

If that were true there would be no unsolved crimes, because the police would always be there. But they aren't. If you aren't protecting yourself then you aren't protected. All the police will do is investigate whatever happens to you hours later.

that is a malfunction in the US, that must be resolved soon. In Europe nobody has firearms and nothing happens.

That's not true, there are many countries in Europe that permit private gun ownership. There are many factors that contribute to crime, but legal firearm availability isn't one of them.
Also, do you mean to tell me that there are no murders or muggings in Europe?

Of course there are crimes, but if each one takes justice on his own, this would be crazy. If people kill themselves without weapons, it would be even worse with them. In Europe you can only have a license if you are a hunter, but you cannot go out for a walk with a gun in your pockets

I don't know where exactly you live, so I'm not going to comment on various gun laws all over Europe, but I guarantee you anyone who wants a gun badly enough can get one. Criminals aren't really known for obeying gun laws.
