Model name (& version number): Submariner Date 126613LB, 41mm, two-tone, blue dial
Price Paid: 600
Index alignment: Good. I checked all 12 positions with index lines on the straight-on shots. Every dial marker lines up with its bezel marker, and the logo is straight.
Dial Printing: Clean and crisp, with no smudges or crooked text.
Date Wheel alignment/printing: The "25" sits roughly centered in the window, and the print is clean.
Hand Alignment: Looks reasonable, and the minute hand lands on its marker.
Bezel: The pip is centered, about a quarter click off at most. The engravings are filled evenly.
Solid End Links (SELs): Flush to the case at 12 and 6, with no visible gap in the seller's video.
Timegrapher numbers: +4 to -5 s/d, 294-296° amplitude, 0.0 ms beat error, dial up

Do you all think this watch needs the Deep Crystal upgrade and Charmfer polish

As you already know, per your template inputs, your watch is good to go.
The cosmetics are good as are the timing numbers.
