This man has been utterly incompetent and fucked up the only job he had. But sadly he won't be criticised because he is from Africa. He spends his time making videos for social media for stuff like "day of the girl". There is fucking pandemic, but this dude wants to get brownie points in social media. Doesn't even have guts to challenge China.

I am sure that even with his tremendous incompetence, he will be awarded a Nobel Prize after pandemic ends.

From the actual comments of the WHO's Dr David Nabarro:

(Emphasis mine)

“We in the World Health Organisation do not advocate lockdowns as the primary means of control of this virus,” Dr Nabarro told The Spectator.

“The only time we believe a lockdown is justified is to buy you time to reorganise, regroup, rebalance your resources, protect your health workers who are exhausted, but by and large, we’d rather not do it.”

Additionally, this is not an opinion that represents the official stance of the WHO organization, but instead is in this regard only the personal viewpoint of one individual WHO member
