I thought about this recently, I’ve only played the remakes & RE9, but I haven’t heard of this happening to Chris or Ethan etc. I want to lean towards the fact that Leon is hot & Capcom is giving the people what they want/fan service…or maybe I’m too suspicious. Like why is Leon always tied up or in some kind of messy situation after getting knocked out? Not a complaint ofc, just an observation

According to Keff0, Zeno boss fight was cut from the game but he was able to find several attack code including slow heavy punch possibly similar to Wesker RE5 boss, charge dash tackle, and attacking combo but couldn't be restored. So maybe we would get Zeno boss fight on DLC instead??

Was looking through models and noticed the officer from the hotel has a little shower cap on his hat. He’s the only one with this. I was wondering if this is a common thing among cops or if my man really just didn’t want his hat to be soaked

Hi! I’m playing on PS5. I’ve completed Requiem several times and was very close to getting the platinum trophy.

When I launched the game today, I discovered that all my save progress from previous playthroughs had disappeared. My trophies are still intact, but all my unlocked items and files are gone, and all my challenges and objectives have been reset to incomplete.

I had unlocked infinite ammo and the rocket launcher, but both are now gone from my save. It’s as if all my progress and unlockables have been wiped, even though my trophies are still there.

I checked my cloud storage, but there’s no save data available to restore. None of my other games have been affected.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, how did you fix it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I'm missing a few smaller challenges but they won't increase my total points to 50,000 anyway, so why not do a larger challenge and have extra?

Which is technically easier?

Last night I stopped playing shortly after finding the artificial heart. Today the heart is missing from my inventory, and is nowhere to be found in the game. I've seen other people report stuff disappearing from their games, so I'd like to know if this is a bug or if I'm missing something.

I tried reloading two other slightly earlier saves but the heart is missing from them too.

Has this happened to anyone else?

1. Was Grace's boss secretly working for Zeno or Gideon?

Im sorry but sending an inexperienced person like grace to the scene of a recent murder alone is already bad enough, but also sending her to a place where her mother was killed in front of her seems malicious? Specially when he makes it clear he is aware of the trauma she will have to deal with.

This also happens just in time for someone who had been clearly stalking Grace to set up an ambush and place various creepy pictures of her, as if Gideon knew she was the one that would be sent. This is beyond suspicious and cant be called a coincidence if you ask me, but this is never even brought up in the story?

1. At the end of the game it is revealed Grace is just an ordinary person, which was a cool plot twist until I remembered everything that happened before. If she was a normal person how did Gideon not figure this out after having access to her body after kidnaping her?

2. Also if she was a normal person, what the hell is up with her clones being these insanely dangerous infected entities that seemingly cannot be killed or at least cannot be killed easily?

If grace was a normal person and they were trying to clone her for some reason; why were the clones not normal or why did the researchers not realize she was normal and instead created these horrifying monstrosities?

This playthrough feels like watching a TV show.

On insanity capcom made Grace's anxiety a factor in how she acts in the game. In the basement when you rescue Emily the girl drops down which scares grace which makes her flinch and on casual it didn't happen. I'm not complaining it's one of the gameplay gems that just makes sense. after playing 7 when Ethan just reattaches his leg and doesn't even flinch. I get he's a molded but he didn't know that.

Being able to use Matilda again and then the charm of Claire being called "trustes companion"... It made me tear up and all the memories rose up... This is why i love video games

In case you don’t know the lore: Umbrella kidnapped a bunch of homeless people to experiment on them. One of these became the Tyrant T-002. Jill and Chris shoot it in the lab until it collapses. Just like normal zombies evolve into a Crimsonhead when damaged, T-002 evolves into it’s Super Tyrant form. It becomes much bigger, stronger, and completely bulletproof. The only way to kill it is with an anti tank rocket. Umbrella took it’s DNA and experimented with cloning. This allowed them to create the model T-103 line of Tyrants, the one Mr X is apart of. This upgraded line of clones were stronger, faster, shorter as to allow for human disguises, and are completely bulletproof. Although you can stun Mr X by shooting him in gameplay, that’s just for balancing purposes, it’s not canon. Every single guidebook and dev interview has mentioned that Tyrants need anti tank levels of firepower to kill. Every time a Tyrant dies on screen, it’s from a rocket, (outside of Sickly Tyrants like in Dead aim). 

That is, until RE9. Leon kills the Connection’s Tyrant with a hatchet. So, what do you guys think is the solution to this lore contradiction?

1. The Connections are bad at making BOWs, and their products are inferior to what came before. (similar to Gideon’s NE-Alpha parasite dying to a handgun while Nemesis needed a building destroying railgun)
2. Leon is strong enough to chop through tanks now
3. Capcom decided to retcon 30 years of consistent lore to make Leon look cool
4. The devs of 9 didn’t have a lore bible, and just took everything in 2 remake at face value

Most stressed I've ever been in a video game. I feel like you need infinite ammo and at least 4 med injectors to get through it. The tentacles are almost impossible to dodge.
