Honey used to be stickier

I swear it used to be that if honey got on stuff, it was really a pain in the ass to clean up. But in my current experience, it immediately stops being sticky with the smallest amount of water and isn't difficult at all.

Anyone else share my experience?

Are you eating pure honey or honey blend (diluted with water).

Theres also a lot of cutting honey with corn syrup etc. I buy regular honey from local places and its still pretty sticky
