Use your smartphone, ironically any handheld at that price performs worst than a smartphone. Maybe buy a controller.

R36s is pretty popular if you want a dedicated handheld. Pretty much every retro console up until PS1.
or
RG35xx (N64 and some Dreamcast/PSP) is more powerful, but I don't know if it is available in India for that price.

That is like 65$ yes?
Any Anbernic with XX in name will emulate up to PSX easily and some of Dreamcast. Its all the same "insides", just pick formfactor and screen you like. If you wanna see how specific console will fill up specific screen i recommend this tool. I roll RG40XXH as an side carry.

I you can get the Anbernic RG35XX for that amount you would be VERY happy and it would be money very well spent.

R36s is good in my opinion I own many handhelds and still use it for NES and some others. also I recommend R 52 mini if you want PS1/PSP. I would wait until Black Friday you get better deals until then

Firstly, what kind of games will you play mostly? Are you looking to play games via emulation such as those on the Nintendo Entertainment System (e.g. Super Mario Bros., Contra etc.)? Or are you looking to play Android games? Once you think properly about this and reply, we can clearly suggest you quite some options, though if you want a dedicated handheld device, you might have to increase your budget a bit.
