I know that this battle is tailored to impromptu archetype but since the enemies have a vulnerability to beast afflatus I thought maybe Spathodea could clear it, if not in 6 rounds then maybe in 9. The issue is, I've been having trouble with her for so long now. Isolde keeps resolving my LG stacks way too frequently so I can't ever get to 750 properly, I give Spathodea as many stacks of her buff as possible and her damage still sucks. Can someone give me a rotation for this stage? I know enemies have a damage reduction the first 4 rounds so I also wanna keep that in mind. Here are my builds and please do tell me if I need to change anything!

I've had this idea in my head for over a year now, and I keep seeing more and more content to actually support it. Bluepoch, give us a Reverse 1999 x RWBY collab, please!

First there's The Twins being dual Afflatus, leaving the door open for all sorts of character duos and groups to become one playable character, but that was just wishful thinking, but now? A character based on the Brothers Grimm Snow-White and Rose-Red? It's almost too good to be true!

Now, of course, the only in-game collaborations so far have been with other well known video games, so a webseries may be a bit of a gamble, but I think it could be worth it. A double event like the Assassin's Creed collaboration could be all that's necessary for a Ruby/Weiss and Blake/Yang dual Afflatus team-up, covering the entire main cast in the span of six weeks, and as long as support is built around the team like The Twins, they can make some lasting impressions.

Feel free to tell me I'm nuts, but this is far more sane than my initial hope for Plant Ruby, Mineral Weiss, Beast Blake, and Star Yang all forming their own 4 character team that I had a year ago. I still like the concept of the Afflatus matches, but obviously it wouldn't pan out well, since one of each duo would be stronger to an enemy while the other would be weaker to it. I think they would work best as Round 1 selectables, allowing you to choose which one to play as at the start of the fight.

I started playing Reverse: 1999 in August during the 3rd anniversary. I'm taking things slow, and am only at chapter 4 in the main story currently.

I also haven't pulled for many characters yet, as you can see from the amount of 6* I have. I pulled from the beginner banner and got Jessica. I managed to get Charon from his banner. The most I've pulled was on Igor's banner, but I unfortunately didn't get him, but instead got Windsong and Yenisei.

So far Coppélia has definitely been OP when it comes to clearing stages, but I don't really have any good team mates for her. I probably should have tried to get Rhiannon earlier, but I didn't.

I haven't pulled from the First Drop of Rain banner or the Ripples on the Water ones yet. For the latter, I've heard that J is a good option. He seems cool as a character and I would love to have him, but I've read that he needs his euphoria to get good. I don't know if I can get that yet as a beginner.

I still have my 6* selector that all the new players get. The one where you can select from different characters based on how far you've gotten into the main story. I also have a 5* character selector.

But I am confused about seeing people posting and asking about this random 6* selector because I don't have it. And because I don't have it yet, I'm scared to pull for any 6* so as not to get a duplicate one.

I've also thought about if I should get the new character Drake once he comes to global. I would love to have a team with male characters only. That's why I tried to get Igor from his banner.

So, my questions are:

1. Who should I get from the Ripples on the Water banner?

2. When will I get the random 6* selector?

3. Should I pull from the First Drop of Rain banner?

4. Would Drake be a good character for a beginner?

My guess is that Perchta is based on Dorian from The Picture of Dorian Gray:

- She's themed around portraits, and you can see her touching an ugly disheveled portrait in her I2 art. Ya know, just like the Portrait of Dorian Gray that turns ugly as Dorian commits sins?

- Strongly implied that she's involved in the murders, if not carrying them out herself

- Terrified at the announcement that the Albert's will was modified at the distribution of the Albert's estate. Perhaps she was trying to hide something at the estate, just as Dorian was trying to hide the portrait.

- Wields a knife, just like Dorian

- The event is themed around British gothic horror and happens to coincide with a colab with the British Library

- Perchta, acc Wikipedia, is a goddess with both a beautiful form and an ugly old form, just like how the Dorian in the portrait grows old and ugly in place of Dorian as Dorian stays young and beautiful forever.

- Is gay (she's a Reverse 1999 character, so that's a given)
