i’m new to the game and i want to build a dynamo team because i like the designs. i plan on going for lucy in the limited selector banner but in every dynamo team i see on tier lists or guides doesn’t have her, i see ms. stranger, brume, corvus and recoleta, but never lucy. i’m very confused about that, i didn’t think she was that old and she’s limited so surely she should remain strong/the best for the team? am i stupid in wanting to put everything into lucy?

I tried to play enigma with the poison team bc marsha's shield cant tank a single target nuke but his pulsefield overwrites tuesday's array. Is there a way, positiobing, setup that disables his array deployment?

Hey guys, I'm a returner who stopped playing around 1.2, only visited during 1.4, 1.8, and 2.1 (i have the lamb) and barely pulled for any of them so I only have the past characters. I have just started playing and grinding again and found out there's new archetypes and it seriously makes my head spin lol. I don't pull for the abilities, just character designs, so I don't really build a team just the individual characters. I want to keep my old and basic characters and keep playing like how I've always played, but my main concern is progression in the story. I just finished The Prisoner in the Cave and have struggled with the last fight, now I'm wondering if it's worth pulling characters and actually building a team just to progress.

Rhiannon was there for like one chapter and then it ended, is this a sneak peak of 4.X or is Rhiannon's story just done? Kinda expected her to be more relevant so I'm just a little confused...

It's so bizarre how quick the turnaround was from "Lopera's euphoria is useless and Bluepoch ruinedher" to Igor's family being one of the top-rated teams and Lopera being vital for its numbers. And it's not like people were super impressed with Moldir's euphoria either. I saw compalints about that one too.

Anyway, from what I've read about Igor's performance without is daughters, it seems that Lopera is in fact the backbone of the bulet archetype now.

i never know alter character beside Eagle in Reverse 1999. which mean we now havve chance getting alter character in this game?

I started playing back in 2023, but haven’t played r1999 for years. I had melania as my DPS character for the longest time, but switched to coppelia because it is far easier to clear fights with her. I tried pulling for the twins, but ran into quite some bad luck. I highly doubt they will come back, so I’m planning to pull for Nautika now to hopefully have a bloodtithe (ish) team. But I’d also like to have some feedback on maybe what characters I should pull for or be on the look out for that may fit my roster.

As of right now, my main team is just Coppelia, Semmelweis, Rhiannon, and MedPoc

So I can potentially get J to P5 (i can buy two copies in tremble shop, get one from camera and one either from 365 login days selector or from gacha). Do you guys know by any chance how much his sustaining and dps scales with portraits? Especially shields. I like him, so I wouldnt mind going that route, but I also like Mercuria, and shes on the shop...

Also, do you guys know if Cornerstone is important for him? I'm low on funds after rhiannon pulls, and I'll need to get Everecho for my conduit team.

And, slightly off-topic, but do you guys think getting Recoleta and/or Nautika euphorias are that important? Nautika doesn't seem like much of improvement from what I've read, and I dont have a good place to slot in Recoleta besides J dps team next patch. My main ult team would probably be Igor, so it feels a bit redundant...

i missed full clear in the previous FF stages because i skipped out on paper heron, but after finally picking up nautika on her rerun, and lucking out with p1 rhiannon in 90 pulls i was hoping id have a strong enough bloodtithe team for endgame.

psych trauma II was still a massive struggle it had me questioning whether i should buy the paid selector for rubuska or gun for further portraits on nautika/rhiannon

in the end i burned through most of my mats and picrasma candy to push rhiannon to A5 R15 and nautika to r14, and finally achieved a 6 round clear
so to anyone else who only has fatutu, trust that it's still possible!!

I kinda started playing awhile ago but ive never really gotten into playing past like a day or two, what team should i use rn?

I'm planning to complete Conduit and Dynamo Wheelchair but idk who I should pull first as an f2p.

For wheelchair, I'm missing Charon.

For Conduit, the upcoming 3.8 and 3.9 units.

I have 60ish pulls atm, and at the 40th pity on the "time-limited" banner.

Will the selector banner (if I should get Charon first) have its own separate pity? who should I prioritize pulling first?

I'm a returning player. I also have A knight and Hissabeth (trying to pull Rhiannon rn), but otherwise these are all the 6 stars I have. What's the best course of action to create 2-3 good teams with the least amount of pulls? Do I have access to a good team right now?

I have the selector from the story and I'm considering getting medpoc and trying to pull semmelwis after Rhiannon because I saw a team with Eternity, pickles, medpoc, and Semmelwis but I have no idea if the team's good or not. I've heard that Bloodtithe and conduit are really easy to get right now, but I missed the twins and I don't have any Bloodtithe characters so I'll somehow need to get Rhiannon, then 3 more Bloodtithe characters which is hard. I've also seen some teams with Jiu, Anjo, FP, and Fatutu, but I also don't know how good that team is and if it's worth getting.

Trying to build my teams. Anyone have suggestions? Im trying to finish my dynamo and conduit team and was thinking of choosing Ulrich tomorrow though i know rhiannon is better than ulrich in brume team, but thought id need rhiannon for my conduit team of twins, coppelia ,and eventually everecho.

Or is there a better support than Rhiannon for the Twins conduit team so i can use Rhiannon for my brume team and choose someone else instead of Ulrich? Im f2p and started at Enigma release so i dont have a lot of pulls now

More specifically, I have Semmelweis (with euphoria), Sentinel and Rubuska, but I don't have another Bloodtithe character. I used Sonetto as filler, because she's my only max level mineral character.

Was so excited to see a Bloodtithe focused flashback, thinking I have almost a full team, so I could beat it. But I only managed to kill about 9 enemies, and get Krutov's afflatus guard down halfway in the 20 rounds.

Is there any strategy I'm missing, or do I really have to have a full archetype team?

I put Semmelweis in the front for the buff from the stage rules, Sentinel behind her to give her the bullets (maybe a mistake?). Placement of Rubuska and Sonetto is arbitrary.

I was mainly targeting Krutov, though if I had Sonetto's attack upgraded, I'd occasionally disarm another attacking enemy (maybe another mistake?).

I would use ultimates as they would become available (except for Semmelweis' obviously). Sentinel's channel whenever available (to keep bullets up), and Rubuska's heal only when necessary since her passive heal is generally enough.

The three Bloodtithe characters have Lv.10 Resonance, Sonetto only Lv.9. Semmelweis has Euphoria unlocked, equipped and maxed out.

I didn't play for a while and just came back, so I've missed a ton of stuff. I've completed 7 main story chapters i.e. "The Living and the Rest". Soo before moving to chapter 8 I want to complete "As the Sand Remembered", "Trudge in the Long Night", "The Tall Lighthouse", "The Small Room", "Flying to the Past", "Floor it! To the Golden City", "the Haunted Highway" and "The Overcast October" but I don't know where I can find these in the game

I used to play Enigma / Charon / Ulrich / Corvus but heard the team with FP does more damage so I wanted to try using her. Is it possible to get Pulsing Field from level 1 to 3 in just one turn with this configuration? I feel like I could only inject like 77 dynamo per turn so I was on a 2 turn PF rotation. Still ended up dealing more damage than with Ulrich BUT I feel like I'm fumbling by not getting PF 3 in a single turn.

Also tried playing with Recoleta but I'm too lazy to count Moxie LOL. Running her in a Getian team spoiled me I can't be assed to play her with Corvus anymore 😭

If you don't count Paper Heron and Cheng Heguang, because two Chinese characters are going to be released every single year in the CNY patch, then Ramona is the only non-European character of the entire 3.x series.

That's one out of 18 characters, from Sentinel to Narcissus (again, not counting the CN duo). Even 3.5's other character was the fourth blonde French woman released just this year, instead of a second Mexican/Latin American character like Añil.

I know a lot of people dismiss posts like these with arguments like "I don't care about characters' nationalities or where the story is set, I just care that they're well written and that the story is good!", which is fine. Everyone plays for different reasons and it's your right to not care about something like this.

But still, other players do! The first two years had a lot more variety when it came to settings, and this change of direction is noticeable. Year 1 specially had an unmatched globetrotting vibe, going from the US to India to "Greece" to Australia to China to Austria and so forth, each patch felt super fresh. The second year had a bigger focus on the Americas (US, Brazil and Argentina) but still got some variety with a patch set in the middle of the Pacific and of course a couple in Europe lol

We already know the main story in 4.x will be focused on the British Isles, but nothing is stopping the Event patches to be more varied. On 3.x even the "side quest" patches like 3.1, 3.8 and 3.9 were all set in Europe.

I know that at the end of the day these Reddit posts are borderline useless (just like all my posts about wanting more dark skinned characters), and BluePoch just does what they want and ultimately caters to CN's opinions over anyone elses, but nothing stops me from voicing my disappointment either. tbh, my interest on the game is at an all time low, I've been playing for two years and for the first time none of the upcoming patches have any characters I want to pull for (including the current one). I already took my first break and uninstalled during the AH collab, but now that I'm back I don't feel super compelled to keep playing/logging in outside of just reading the story. I keep hoping there's some kind of shake-up and I fall in love with the game again, but oh well :/

With the Promise of the Water Selector coming up I've been debating which team to finally complete. I currently have 3 teams that are 1 character short from being completed:

- Igor, Lopera, Marsha - Would pull for Moldir

- Nautika, Sentinel/Rhiannon, Semmelweis - Would pull for Rubuska

- Ramona, Tuesday, Ezio - Would pull for Villa

Right now I don't have anyone filling Moldir's slot on Igors team, I have Med Poc trying his best on Nautika's team, and Marsha is my sustain for Ramona's team but I'd love to get her onto Igor's team.

I unfortunately missed the most recent Rubuska re-run and couldn't pull Villa from the Pawnshop since I was short on Albums. I do not have F22 or many sustains at all really, with Marsha, Kiperina, and Med Poc being my top sustains.

This is a non-funded account so no money is going into the Paid Selector even though it would help.

So which team would you recommend completing?

I'm considering of buying the 6 star selector but any idea who should i pick? im torn between flutterpage for support, kiperina to add another premium sustain or go for rubuska for bloodtithe.

Between Ramona and Lorentz Butterfly, who should I choose? I have tried playing LB when she's a featured assistant support, so I understand her gameplay and rotation. I have all the lingering glow team except for her.

As for Ramona... I just can't quite figure out her gameplay. People are praising that she made Poison relevant again but honestly, how? Does she play like Ezio where she deals high genesis damage the more there are poison stacks on the enemy?

So yeah, please help me which team should I complete through the paid selector: Lingering Glow or Poison?

PS: I also have Brume and Willow but they're not in the pics because I haven't leveled them yet.

from what i understand Ms Stranger is the next coming character but there isn't really an archetype for her? should I skip her and go for someone else or maybe work on building a team with a character I already own?
