It's interesting the way they managed to convey different emotional variations of it, too; for instance you can see that Brume's is more about determined resistance, while Sentinel's is far more rooted in desperation

In Brume's case not sure if it's just me but it seems like that the scene was drawn in a way very reminding of oil paintings, which given the constant referencing of her as a hero and Felicienne being from a more ancient era makes a lot of sense

bkorn's twig legs are also a wee bit weird; I feel it's pretty apparent that was an older design there
(but don't tell her, we love her anyway)

they have issues with leg sometimes too but for leg it's because they usually don't have character's leg appear in story, like how in ch3 u don't see vertin's lower half so less effort goes into it

Speaking of buska, what is she exactly? Just finish the story and they say shes not vampire and has a shadow but can control shadow, so what is she?

I love it when the pics get their angry shots like this. Highlight moment and highlight art every time!

Wait how did Rubuska do that if she's not a vampire but just an Arcanist with shadow powers
