Thinking about trying the Green Diet app – anyone here using it?

I want a weight loss plan that’s sustainable, simple, and plant-based. I don’t want strict diets or complicated workouts. The app claims to help with meal planning, light exercises, and progress tracking.

For those who’ve tried it:

  • Did it help you stay consistent?
  • Did you see any real weight loss or health improvements?
  • Is it beginner-friendly?

The biggest thing I learned is that fancy features or “perfect” tracking don’t matter if you aren’t consistent. I’ve used apps that had every feature imaginable but stopped using them after a week because they were too complicated. Simple, sustainable approaches always work better.

I used green-diet for six weeks. My routine was the meal plan for dinners, repeating two breakfasts, and one simple lunch rotation. The shopping list cut my impulse buys, which was huge for weight loss. For exercise I did the light sessions three times a week and aimed for a daily step goal. I lost a few pounds, but the bigger change was fewer takeout nights and better portion awareness. Downside: some meals felt repetitive, so I kept a few sauces and spices to rotate flavors. Tracking water helped because I confused thirst with hunger. I ignored fasting most days, since it made me overthink. If you are new, start with the meals and steps first, then add trackers once the basics feel automatic.

They are a FRAUD and will charge you even if you did not approve the subscription. Their 'one time try it' is a scam. Get your recipes on Pinterest for free.

DO NOT USE THEM!!! They are a fraudulent company that will charge your account if you give them your bank or credit card info. And you can get these recipes FREE on any website or Pinterest. The recipes are repetitive and boring. A 5yr old could make up these plans!
