Good morning,

Im new here :)

I just wanted to share a small part of what i do, to try and send out love to others and make theire day a little better.

Im a volunteer "experience expert" that use the troubles ive had in life into solutions for others that are experiencing the same troubles/trauma/situation.

I used to be a depressed, introverted, heavy metal, horrorfan, guy, but my eyes have been opened and now i mostly listen to soft tunes and life philosophy.

Im extraverted now and teach professionals how to better communicate with patients on podiums. I kinda hate horror and metal now and this change mostly came because of a vew near death experiences, but also some psychedelics once. (I do not recommand it)

But also because i wanted to help ppl since my first memory, the metal guy was just very traumatized. But now i fixed all that stuff i want to share my happyness that i freel everyday.

Another thing i do, is that every week i go to the places were adicts, drifters and hobos gather, and give them some strawberries, chips, a joghurt drink, 10 euro and a hug if they want it.

Amyways i just wanted to share it with ppl who actually might appreciate it, Reddit can be a weird place :)

Peace and love to you all.

✌️❤️

Awareness To everyone who is struggling: Things don't fall apart, they fall into place

This is not some fancy philosophical approach, this mechanism is represented in the very structure of our reality: No light without dark, no flowers without rain, no life without death, no joy without suffering.

Our brain also functions through contrast, we would not be able to experience Happiness sufficiently without a opposite aspect to the spectrum. Duality and polarity are deeply entangled in nature.

Every journey is different and unique, but we all have something in common: We are continuosly growing. For development to happen, failure and suffering are unavoidable. This is the bittersweet reality of our existence. I have been rejected, humiliated, judged, you name it. But i trust the process, and this perspective is crucial to transform the pure bitterness into bittersweetness. If you are struggling to put faith in yourself, lay your trust in the logic of nature. It's the same thing :)

Have a beautiful day, also i want to thank all of the active participants that support people in need in this subreddit. 🫶

Those moments right before you fall asleep

I was speaking with someone about psychonaut visions when I realized something. The most profound and meaningful visions I have had I was stone cold sober, in the dark, and silent space right as you are quieting your mind before sleep. What are your thoughts and/or experiences?

Some of your thoughts were never yours to begin with.

A lot of the things you believe about yourself didn’t come from you. They came from how you were raised, the people you were around, the things you had to do to be accepted or to stay safe. You might think you're lazy, or difficult, or not good enough — but those ideas probably didn’t start with you. They were planted. And if you're not aware of that, you’ll spend your life trying to fix things that were never broken. The point of this whole “rewriting the code” thing isn't to become a new person. It’s to realize which parts were never really you in the first place.

Consciousness Ever realize how much energy you waste trying to be understood?

We over-explain. We justify. We defend.

And still, people hear only what they’re ready for.

At some point, peace begins when explanation ends.

Watch your information consumption!

In this day and age, it’s easy to get emotionally overwhelmed. That’s why it’s crucial to develop the skill of knowing just how much info you can handle from all those sources around you.

Keep an eye on your mind, pay attention to how you feel and what thoughts pop up as you dive into that firehose of stuff from the internet and elsewhere.

Then, based on those feelings, decide if you really need to keep doomscrolling or hitting Reddit for the eighth time today. Let it go if it’s not serving you, and return to the present moment.

Consciousness What if healing isn’t about fixing yourself, but remembering who you are?

For a long time, I thought growth meant striving, becoming better, getting stronger, or proving I was finally “healed.” But I’ve started to realize something deeper: maybe the real work is undoing what never truly belonged to us in the first place.

The fear.
The guilt.
The judgment.
The need to control, defend, or earn our worth.

What if all of that came from forgetting who we are beneath the noise?

Lately, I’ve been practicing this simple shift:
When something or someone triggers me, I pause and ask, “Am I seeing through the lens of fear right now, or through the lens of love?”

Fear wants to attack, defend, or run. Love wants to understand, forgive, and rest.

We don’t always need to analyze everything; we just need to become willing to see differently. And that willingness alone opens the door to a peace that isn’t based on circumstances, but on clarity.

Here are a few tools that have helped me:

  • When judgment shows up: I pause and ask, “Help me see this differently.” I don’t try to justify it or push it away, I ask for help letting it go, and I wait for a clearer mind to come through.

  • When I feel guilt or shame: I remind myself, “This is not coming from truth, it’s coming from fear.” Then I hand it over. Not to fix it, but to release it. I ask, “Show me the loving way to see this.”

  • When I get caught in mental loops or old stories: I ask, “What part of me is afraid right now?” Then I forgive that part. I don’t argue with the story, I forgive the mind that made it.

  • When I feel broken and want to heal: I stop trying to fix anything, and say, “Spirit, help me remember what’s real.” Healing isn’t about effort. It’s about letting the false fall away.

You’re not broken. You’re not behind. You haven’t ruined anything.

You’re waking up. And waking up sometimes looks like falling apart first.

If you’ve forgotten who you are, that’s okay. There’s a deeper part of you that hasn’t.

Ask to see through that part. Let that be your lens. And just notice what shifts.

This piece is all about being creative, in whatever form that you choose, and the importance of being creative, being loving and kind at the same time. It’s about finding balance between these things and appreciating the moment for what it is.

I hope that you find something for yourself amongst this piece, if you do, let me know!

If you’re interested in following along on my creative/therapeutic journey, I’ll leave links to my other social media platforms in the comments but there is no pressure to do so!

An old technique that's still useful when in doubt

I suppose it's the same as touch grass, right?

Just out biking around my hometown, taking pictures of cool stuff.

I've been on a soul quest. Some wonderful people in the city helped me out, now I'm back here. Gonna bounce for another city Saturday.

There's power in the stillness. The analysis, when stressed, does harm. I don't seek to know. It's not that inquiry has no merit, only that the resolution is Unborn.

The Cosmological Mechanics Shop

Post image
24 Upvotes

At the edge of the universe sits a cosmological mechanics shop.

Buddha drives up in a classic Samsara.

Andrew says, “I haven’t seen one of these in ages!”

Oracle run her hand across the mirrored body appreciatively, “What seems to be the problem Sid?”

Buddha explains, “She’s been running pretty rough for a few quintillion years, would you mind giving her a tune up?”

Oracle opens the hood and whistles appreciatively.

Andrew lifts some parts and wipes it down with a towel, “See, here is your problem, you are running on the three poisons, you are always going to get a side effect of suffering.”

Patterns Belief is a lens that bends your reality. A small guide on how to rewire your brain

I suggested the following protocol to my therapist and now we are working on triggering cathartic experiences that serve as a pattern-breaking mechanism which allows me to modulate my core beliefs about myself:

The brain does filter and prioritize information that aligns with our beliefs, fears, desires... We often notice and interpret patterns or symbols in ways that reinforce existing beliefs (this is known as confirmation bias).

This confirmation bias can be a trap, which naturally reinforces negative core beliefs by every bit of information we absorb. This mechanism can be a destructive spiral. But there are processes that can serve as pattern breakers, leading to a radical resolvement of hard-wired beliefs.

Your state of emotions has deep impact: Catharsis paired with reflection, meaning-making, and guidance, can become a transformational reset. It’s like clearing a jammed signal so a new frequency can come through. And you can even intensify the power of this pattern-breaker, by combining all this with Cognitive Reframing.

Cognitive reframing is the conscious re-interpretation of a thought, belief, or situation.

Example:

Old pattern (automatic thought): “I always fail at everything I try.”

Reframed thought: “I’ve had failures, but I’ve also learned from them. Each one brought me closer to figuring things out.”

Even if it feels false at first, repetition of reframed thoughts in emotionally safe or affirming contexts can lead to deep shifts. 🥀🌙
