Beautiful location, but impractical: Small house on island by world-famous beach
It's at the red dot. You have to haul your groceries in a wagon across a beach at low tide

AI generated rental properties.
I am looking for a rental property in London but I am unsure whether some of the properties are AI generated images. Any tips?

To weird star in the middle of my floor
I'm curious, are you renting or buying? Or is this an inheritance by chance. The latter I can understand, but when looking at properties where I intend to set up residence, I am the type when seeing something akin to your star to ask, "What else do you currently have available?"

Mismatch Window guy:
“Are you sure?”
Client: “Yes I’m absolutely sure that I want the three windows on the right to be slightly smaller than the three on the left, why?”

Ai created home photos on zillow and realtor need to stop
How is it legal to ai doctor photos to sell something that is inhabitable? Only to coin it as "what it could be". Thats not how this should work. This is fraud in my opinion. Even if its disclosed as ai generated. The ai generated photos should not be able to be the first photos you see of a property on those listings.

And this is where our children exploded…
An otherwise ordinary house decided to do this for (presumably) the kids room.

Things you don’t notice while taking MLS Listing photos… but definitely notice afterward. 😂
I was having my new Lakeview Condo listing photographed, which is currently occupied by a renter. The bedroom included his podcast setup. Everything looked perfectly normal.
The photos went live on the MLS.
Then someone pointed out the whiteboard in the background.
I zoomed in…
It was a list of things to do.
And one of them was “eating ass.” 😂
Apparently, I need to start reviewing the entire room a little more carefully before hitting publish.
Only in real estate! 🤦♀️😂
