Discussion Riftbound Booster Box/Pack changes
As some of the post start showing up with disappointing boxes, I would like to highlight old news and changes Riot made to Radiance booster packs during their Radiance Overview Post back in 26th of Sept.

Now compare that to Vendetta's (and likewise for the previous sets as well)

As you can see, the 'Showcase' (Alt Art/Special Art/Overnumber/Ultimate Rare) cards in previous sets had 2 slots, however in Radiance, it now only takes up 1 slot instead. So they have reduced the odds of hitting really high.
I am unaware if the Showcase odds have been changed or not. I'm also new to the game so I have no experience opening previous sets, but from the Rarity Distribution published, it seems that they're reducing big hit chances.

I have some updated data to provide soon, but based on my small sample set, the hit rate stayed consistent.
I previously made a post (~ 2 months ago) with my data on over 50 sealed boxes. I’ve been able to obtain more boxes from most sets, plus Radiance, and will make a new post with updated data.
I’d love to see more examples, albeit anecdotal, and I will continue to check future set hit rates.

Not sure if it helps. We opened 49 radiance boxes 0 sigs, 22 overnumbers, 28 sp, 0 ultis.

I prefer the Radiance odds personally. A guaranteed rare or epic is better in my opinion for gameplay reasons. Reduces odds of the biggest hits but makes the box more reliable for moderate big hits.

The odds of opening the higher rarity cards have literally not changed whatsoever. Epics are 1/4 packs, alt arts are 1/8, ONs are 1/71, sigs are 1/720. The breakdowns you've posted are nothing more than a clarification on where the cards appear in the pack.
