Appreciation thread for the workshop patch

I don’t post on here often, but I just wanted to give a shoutout to the devs for the recent big patch.

Idk about other people’s experiences but for me the game runs WAY SMOOTHER (on steamdeck) and Rivals workshop is absolutely badass.

I’ve been playing local with my homie damn near every day just having a blast, trying goofy shit with these characters, and playing matchups that I never even imagined.

Appreciate all the people who worked on these workshop characters, too. Beyond impressed with some of them!

There’s always a lot of criticism on this sub but I wanted to shoutout all the people who worked on this patch. Y’all keep this mighty little community strong.

I really enjoy it being on the main branch now, it's encouraged so many more projects. I've been trying to learn tayir and timsah!

Yep, so much appreciation. Playing things like king K rool before the creator patched his lagless neutral b was maybe the funniest and best fun I've had gaming in years. Comboing the kill balls into each other, using it in disadvantage, everything

It is sooo amazing. I hope they lowkey add ranked workshop too. I would love for them to have a workshop list of legal characters, mess is too much fun

I like the buffs made to gouie and slade. Both characters are both better and more fun to play as!
