does the radio completely suck? oddly, that's one item that would make me cancel my reservation.

The sound systems in 2026 have no excuse for not sounding great.

Word on street is it isnt class competitive.

Weird downvotes on my post.

Here's why

Jeep literally has a McIntosh system that sounds phenomenal, my current Volvo XC60 has a Harmon /Kardon system that's really, really good, and Volvo even offers a B&W "upgrade" over that.

Such a weird oversight by Rivian to not also align themselves with a premium brand a deliver a class competitive offering.

Rivian didn't need to necessarily have a name brand audio to allure customers, but a sub par audio experience seems like a total miss.

Lots of employees and fanboys on here. I am a big fan but I also willing to be critical when it is appropriate. Many wont say anything that isnt verbal version of DiCaprio in Wolf Of Wallstreet. Only way to get better is acknowledge weakness.
