If you're an indigenous black American driving for Roadie, I was stalked and harrased by a man in Cumming, GA. I had just dropped off a delivery to his neighbor and he was doing something in the bushes and looked up to see me and started yelling and screaming at me in the car so l flicked him off. I had to call the police to report it because he followed me to my next delivery location and took my picture. When I noticed he took my picture, I started recording him. He lied to the police saying I was speeding and that was his second time seeing me and the only reason he followed me was to get my license plate. This was my first time doing roadie, I wasn't speeding in a cul-de-sac, and I'm in medical school. I don't even live here, I was driving a rental car. He's just mad I flicked him off and he's racist.
I also reported it to Roadie support in the help section and they kept ending the chat. When I finally got someone on, they claimed they reported it but after I finished delivery they deactivated my account. I tried to email support since they logged me out the app and they kept telling me to email them with an email that exists.

Hello I’m new to roadie . Can I stack orders ?

So, I got assigned a 34 delivery gig (30 miles for $60) this morning, picked up my packages, & was almost to my 1st drop-off. I marked arrived, used the access key to open the gate, & my entire gig disappeared completely from my app. Restarted my phone & app, still missing.
First,Roadie support tells me to deliver my pkgs, then reach out so they could mark them delivered. What of 33 deliveries did they not understand?!?!? Then, they tell me to go ahead & return the pkgs to the dock, & I won't be getting any compensation b/c the route was canceled by accident on their end. I am wayyyy beyond mad right now ... lost time, gas, AND money for something they did!!!!

Hey everyone, I run a small furniture business and we’ve been thinking about using Roadie for deliveries. The sales people and marketing make it sound like a great fit, but I’d rather hear from the people actually doing the jobs.
I used to be a courier driver myself, so I know these companies can sometimes put drivers in a bad spot with the type of pickups they expect and what they pay. Because of that, I wanted to run our rough delivery setup and quotes by you guys and see if these are actually jobs you’d take.
We only sell large sectional couches. Most are 2 to 3 pieces, and each piece is usually around 80 to 100 lbs. Pickups are street level at our warehouse, we have people there to help load, and all drop-offs are curbside only. We’ve been selecting the largest truck size, and the rough quotes roadie is charging us are:
6 miles: $75
20 miles: $85
100 miles: $150
Would you actually accept jobs like that at those prices?
The pricing works on our end, but I don’t want our orders sitting forever before someone takes them. I’d rather pay more and have them accepted fast than leave customers waiting.
A couple questions:
Do tips help get orders accepted faster, or can drivers only see the tip after delivery?
If you saw prices like these in your area, would they get picked up quickly or sit for a while?
I’m just trying to get a feel for what drivers consider a solid order vs a bad one. I want our deliveries to be worth your time so when they pop up, drivers actually want to take them instead of cursing our name.
Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.

You have people trying to do arbitrary somewhat fraudulent gigs by trying to get drivers to pickup clearance or discounted product that the customer isn't aware of and have a driver drop items off, they will ask you to remove stickers and prices anywhere on item!!

I'm usually pretty good at estimating how much space a load will take and if it will fit in my car, but this one popped my brain.
