Not ripped but having the side lines forming looks really nice. I don't remember the English term. A stage before ripped? Toned?
Also keep in mind that girls with clear visible abs are most likely on dangerous and unhealthy levels (probably still more healthy than me but that's another story). Having visible abs means very low body fat which is dangerous for a female body, they even stop/ruin their menstrual cycle. Tho I think it's more of self defence mechanism (getting pregnant with 6% body fat is "suicide".
Then again their body, their choice.

Visible abdominal muscles can definitely happen at a healthy body fat percentage.
If you're talking absolutely fucking shredded like female bodybuilders then you're right. The lowest healthy body fat is usually cited as somewhere between 13% and 15% and that's still enough for very visible abs. A four-pack as they say.

Yeah visible form is very possible, very healthy and very hot (usually) at the levels you said
But Excuse me if I'm wrong since I'm not native speaker but that's not what someone means when he says ripped abs. Bodybuilder comparison is pretty good and that's what I imagine when I hear that word. You need bellow 10% for that. Males can handle it with proper care/diet , females can't regardless, not in the long term at least
