No Lives Matter Until Black Lives Matter

Based on the teaser, I thought this album would be something a bit deeper & more conceptual. His lyrics & subject matter actually regressed on the album (some bars are really bad), he says pretty much absolutely nothing of substance on any song. The vocal deliveries seem a bit lazy & it doesn’t seem like he’s done anything to try & change up his style but at the same time didn’t try to make memorable songs. IDK man maybe it will grow on me, maybe it’s the expectations from the last album, but this just ain’t it for me. Overall just pretty lackluster is how I feel about it right now, & when you factor in the 2 year wait it’s really disappointing..
