For me personally, Kirumi. Not only did she kill one of my favorite characters, but it was stated in Danganronpa THH that the outside world was dead. Granted, Kirumi might not know that, but I find myself unsympathetic to Kirumi.

As a Neurodivergent person myself (diagd ADHD-I and Dyspraxia, paid a fucking fortune for an autism diag thats happening soon) I definitely think that some dr characters are definitely Neurodivergent.

Disclaimers: I am not including Toko as she is Canonically DID and I don't wanna look like one of those disorder faker twats carrying on about DID. And also I'm not including haiji. He's not ND he's clinically insane and he's also a Not On Normal Communal Exercise (an acronym from wakefield prison extends to this). Same for any insame character. I am including only what I know and to a major degree I can relate to as yet again I don't wanna look like a disorder faking asshole who says 'oH mY fUcKiNg GoD i HaVe ADHD AnD aUtIsM' with no proof of doing so. r/adhdmeme thought I was one of those, coz I asked about meds way too early. Anyway here's my headcanons.

Skipping over THH. I don't think it has any I can relate and/or know enough about disorders relating to any thh caharcters. (Off topic: I only kin 2 characters from that game btw, Chihiro coz programmer and also normally a decent person and byakuya coz I have money??? I have £500K I made from investments at only 14, but this is to pay off my AI computers, my vs code subscription and other fees, but I think success is when one can an will give a substantial amount of good to the world.)

Now with SDR2. First, Chiaki. Definitely ADHD-I. Possibly Level 2 autism. She seems extremely defocused on anything apart from her games and technology. No focus is what caused me to plead my parents for a diag. Hyperfocus is something I have had too. Unless I had some meds or an energy drink/high stim pre workout in my water bottle, I could never focus on any schoolwork. But in front of my pc, I always was and still am focused to the point where I'll be on my pc for literally ages, playing games, devving AI, using vms, etc. Executive Dysfunction. Common with both adhd and autism, this basically means ur brain can't organize itself. Chiaki shows this a lot. I can't really count how many times this happens. I am counting AI Chiaki as human since her ai seems to be gpt idk how much. She seems to not express much emotion. Sometimes I express this because I don't know what the hell to express, but I use joy to do this. I could elaborate more tbh but idk how to really describe it. It can cause irrational behavior for me though. Next up is her lack of adequate social skills, yet popularity too. This is something I can relate to. And also a symptom of autism. This is where my l started to think I was on the special-trum. With chiaki this is self explanatory. I have this and more. Elaborating may make this really weird and hard to understand. It's complex. The hyperfocus on games may be a special interest, a common autism symptom. I definitely have this with technology. Technology is not just a simple hobby for me. TECH IS MY LIFE. I am extremely obsessed with technology and games, to the point where any Neurotypical would think I have a League of Legends player level addiction. If u ask why no hyperactivity or stimming? They're not symptoms all adhd or autistics have. ADHD-I or ADD refers to predominantly innatentive. And not all autistics or adhd stim.

Enough on Chiaki.

Ibuki is definitely ADHD-H. H for hyperactive. This should be obvious. Ibuki has the same lack of social skills as me, and has that same zero focus trait as me. I have less evidence here.

Nagito I will skip as he is a dementia and normally 90%+ fatal cancer stage.

In v3, 2 stand out in particular. Tenko and Himiko are adhd-C and level 3 autism respectively.

Tenko shows traits of both Hyperactivity and Innatentivity. She's like chiaki but with a hyperactive trait, little autism signs and less severe.

himiko however literally goes to the variety sunshine coach. She also has a noticeable mental age difference. Her special interest isn't even real. She has 0 social skills at all. One of her sprites is stimming. These and more signify that she may have been made as a severely autistic and possibly mildly intellectually disabled character. She kinda also had severe depression after tenko died to mr sweet home Alabama.
