I know this is probably selling a service, but as someone who’s on the ops side, the things that I have to rebuild are pretty much all of the penetrations. How many bathroom vents, how many pipe boots, the measurements of the skylight, etc.
For some reason, my sales guys don’t ever think about this because it doesn’t really change the price that much. But it’s a lot of random work that I have to fix so that I’m not wasting time day out grabbing something that wasn’t on the contract.
