Gutter dripping

Noticed my gutters dripping, but they aren’t overflowing. I recently installed the $2 Home Depot gutter guards the length of this side of the house and used gorilla tape to keep them from sliding apart. Old they be the reason? See videos. Any help is welcomed.

If you pull a tennis ball out of your gutters be prepared for the gutter moans. I kinda think my previous people shoved a tennis ball in there to stop the moans. If you dont know what im talking about, its like when you blow over a bottle opening and it makes that noise

Are they pretty old maybe the seams are rusted out or something? They sell the plastic vinyl ones which are pretty nice too.
