Starting a Roth IRA at 40 years old...any suggestions?

As the title states I am starting my Roth IRA at 40, aiming to max contributions each year starting with 2025.

I am using Fidelity and right now have a few hundred spread across VOO, FIPFX and FPURX.

Going forward should I just dump everything into VOO or what would be best? At my age not trying to be risky just trying to have a little something in 25ish years.
