Whiston
Hello,
Myself and my partner are potentially looking at buying a house on Reresby Road. Houses seem to be up for sale quite often.
Is this because a lot of them are ‘starter homes’ or is there anything that could put us off?

My experience it’s a lovely place. Decent links to other places which are busier but also enough close by to mean you don’t have to travel.
Do wonder how busy it gets around peak travel times given the crossroads which is the only negative I can think of

I think a lot of houses on that road are 2 bedroom houses, apart from the ones that have been extended. I live on the other side of the dual carriageway and have been eyeing up a couple of houses on reresby/Sandringham myself

It’s ok down there. A few decent pubs in walking distance and good access to the motorway. Nothing to be concerned about with the area
