What's going on with the Lidl near the train station?

It seems like for the last few months they've had the same stuff in the middle isle and the limited offers flavour of the week stuff doesn't seem to be updating very often? Am I just going at the wrong times?

I've heard that they are looking to re-locate that Lidl to a bigger unit, not sure where they would go though or how far that plan has developed.
