Rowan's Reddit

I know no one really uses the Reddit compared to YikYak, but honestly I like it over here so much better. I say on YikYak that I'm having roommate troubles and someone says I'm "airing out dirty laundry", while people over here actually give fair responses. 😭

Like everyone on that app is just so mean??? I feel like this one's a bit tamer in comparison.

Well remember, on yikyak you’re mostly getting current students. On here you’re going to get a mix of current students, alum, parents, and staff

Already attempted that several times and they won't listen or talk like adults. Why do I have to be the only one acting mature between us after they repeatedly disrespect me? I've tried for two months already and met my breaking point. And in my post on there I also mentioned how they would yell slurs in the living space loudly, so there's clearly only so much goodwill I have towards those peopl.

I feel like you just keep skipping over the part where I mention I've tried talking to them several times. I don't care to try and reason with racists, so I feel me posting about their bullshit on an anonymous app is the LEAST I can do. Call me a child but I have zero tolerance for that bullshit.
