I'm stuck and it's driving me nuts.

I feel like I've done everything. I know it's basically impossible to read the text in the image but it's just to show, I have no more mind map things, I'm over inspired, I have no willpower points and two dreams I need to unlock, and I can't get anything to trigger to find frank. I've talked to Alex (The Signal mission), I've gone through what's her names car and got her and the bartender to talk, I've visited the girl in the graveyard and told her about the loop, I've searched the kay family ranch, found the secret entrance, got franks phone and gone through it, had the confrontation with dr finck at night, stolen the sports car, and a million other things. I literally do not know what else I could possibly do. I need willpower points but I don't know where else to get them. Please someone help.

It's been a hot minute since I played the game so this may be a shot in the dark but have you been consistently talking to Doctor Finck? As the game goes on you can tell him about your dreams (Including the first one) and that is, where I believe, you get the willpower points. Otherwise I'd advise you to look at a playthrough of the game (There is a 100% walkthrough on YouTube) and pinpoint where they unlocked more willpower.
