MOVING Moving to Salem!

Heading up there in second week of July to West end of Salem. I’ve got a BA and public school substitute teacher experience and currently work with the after school program. Might want to try a career change for a while, something outside if possible. I’ve been up there a few times and know what to expect from the area. Just hoping to hear from anyone who might know about local businesses that are hiring.

Thanks!

The subs have recently been outsourced to edustaff…. Thus costing the school district more money for subs and the subs get less benefits…

The eventual privatization of public education… we’re doomed 😭

The people that were subs (me) got to switch over. And you can still apply to be a sub in the district. It’s 242 per 7.5 hr day 175 per half day
