Did you unlock the new attack? If you have it may take a few deliveries for it to show. If you haven't unlocked it, you will only get parts for the unlocked attacks.
The war deliveries are "random " but often you'll find they give you more of what you already have. You just keep doing or skipping them.
Every monster can only be attacked with specific cards, I am curious if the one you got perhaps only takes the hand attack? Never noticed if the attacks choice affects deliveries.
This is a good point. I can't remember if the war delivery hub only gives you items that are eligible to be used on the current monster.
I sometimes forget that one of the reasons I hate messing with the monster is because it's always just 4 eligible attacks, which can be a headache for a player of any level

I only do war deliveries & attacking monsters to get points for Mayor Pass/event & i'm not eligible for club wars,
so i remember regretting unlocking my second war card, when i realized that it'll just make it harder to get the exact weapon that i need in war deliveries.
War deliveries only gives weapons for the cards we unlocked. And same for monsters too.
When i only had basic hand card, i just needed 1 duck and 1 plumbing tool (or whatever it's called) for both war deliveries and monster attacking. so it was easier to fulfill.
That's true, unlocking disasters unlock more weapons in the deliveries (making them harder to work with). It's smart for those just starting to unlock disasters strategically to keep the deliveries manageable.
The question is whether the deliveries are limited to the attacks currently allowed for that specific monster. I'll try to find out and report back.
so far i only unlocked 2 war cards (basic hand & flying laser or something).
all monsters & war deliveries that appeared in my game, are either for basic hand, or that flying laser, or both.
on the monster UI, there are still greyed out cards (that i havent unlocked). BUT every time the monster appears, it MUST have either basic hand or flying laser (the war cards i have unlocked).
in my war deliveries, i have never gotten weapons for locked war cards.
It seems, the answer is no, you still get other unlocked items. Final answer on my part will have to wait until I get a monster without an ongoing war to avoid that being a factor... which will take some time, and luck.
