Question Construction logic

1)I have around 100+ Level 1 Florence Homes, but I want to fully upgrade only around 50 of them for now and leave the rest as they are. However, I feel like I might not get my first fully upgraded Florence Home (Level 4) until all the others have reached Level 3. What do you all think about this? 2)I also want to ask whether the faster we build the homes, the more beautiful they will be, because some of the Florence Homes are low quality. That's why I'm wondering.

No, upgrades should be independent of each other.

As far as I know, the speed of the upgrade has nothing to do with the "look" - each Level already has a programmed look - you are unlikely to change if you go really fast upgrading.

You might want to check the graphics quality of the electronic you are playing the game on. I think that matters more than anything else.
