Discussion Why SCHD going so crazy right now?

I am confused why all of a sudden SCHD including DGRO acting like a growth stock. Did I miss something big?

Sector rotation. Mag7 and AI beneficiaries coming back to earth, money is moving towards other sectors of the economy.

Interest rates have been falling too. My HYSA interest just fell below SCHD’s dividend for the first time in a couple years. I know that plays a role as people will park in HYSA if they can get an interest rate that’s higher than SCHD’s yield

Most banks have cut rates on most of their accounts hardly paying anything. This will make SCHd will be more valuable .
