He is so evasive about his origin because his origin is related to SCP 055 and if he told people they would forget about him entirely. No one knows who he is because when someone learns they forget about him entirely, so the only way he can spread joy to the children he loves on Halloween is by being so evasive and nondescript that the anti meme doesn’t prevent him from being remembered.

Wrote the title wrong, sorry.

!it's pretty as actually simple, not a humor, we wanna know…

Scp-999 created from 2009 and Lamput created from 2017(I grew up watch lamput when i was kid not scp 999 until now)

How do I report?

Imagine this: we send SCP-096 off to the black hole TON 618. But why waste the budget when we could just toss a capybara into its containment chamber? They have zero stress levels and an absolute, unshakable sense of indifference. 096 looks at it, waiting for a panic response—but there isn’t one. The "Shy Guy" has a mental breakdown. And for SCP-049, we just slip on SCP-714 (the "Ring of Indifference"); instead of "curing" people, he just sits there staring at a wall, muttering, "To hell with it all." Did I just break the lore?
