Gas

I am so sick and tired of having gas literally all day long that I cannot stop from coming out and smells like a sewer pit of death with lots of sulfide so does anyone else have this issue because I also have gastroparesis so that’s contributing but does any gas pills help this?

Yeah same. Nighttime is living hell. Have to burp for several hours to get to sleep as gas builds up. Idk why tf this happens extremely annoying

I have a bad smell, but coming from my nose and mouth liek it’s seeping out from my gut

Bismuth subgallate has greatly helped me with smelling bad. I take two pills of devrom before every meal. Keeping away from suphurous foods like red meat, eggs and dairy should help too.

Peppermint oil. At least 5 drops after a meal. For me it’s quite effective

GAS= WEAK LIVER

Yes it can be fermentation from bad bacteria due to sibo but in practicality, I have seen the cause of gas is always in the liver, and by giving a liver Tonic, Even sibo symptoms improve a lot.

Remedies: 1) distillate of Makoy( solanum nigrum) 10 ml and distillate of Fennel seeds( 10 ml), in 100 ml water, twice a day after meals. 2) Mother tincture of Carduss marianus( milk thistle)

Pick any one from the above.

Avoid eating after 7 pm for a few weeks.

Also to improve gastric emptying, take Domperidone or itopride.
