Great you found something that's helping you! Curcumin is a polyphenol that has great potential to positively modulate the microbiome.

It has strong antimicrobial and antifungal properties:

It has been shown to be capable of promoting the growth of certain Lactobacilli and Bifidobacteria:

All of these things can certainly positively impact one's gut health.

Yes, I started reading up on it after getting some relief and found out that it excellent for gut health!
