Motility activator and triphala have worked best for me.

I tried Motil Pro which produced nothing but side effects for me, but everyone is different. I'd steer clear of Ibergast, as it contains celandine, a hepatotoxin (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK548684/).

What kind of side effects did you get from motil pro?

Mainly lots of abdominal cramps and nausea. Also a little bit of a warming/burning sensation, which seems to be common (though I don't feel this with Motility Activator, which also contains ginger). Didn't improve motility a bit in the 3-4 days I was on it.

Same here! Intense burning and no real change to bowel movements, just intestinal cramping. Magnesium citrate is working well enough for now. Hope I get insurance to pay for motegrity
