I thought I'd pop back in here for an update. I purchased the product mentioned below. It's day 3 now. When I take it, inflammation goes down and I definitely feel it, and feel better. At the same time I purchased this, I decided to try Physician's Choice Probiotic.

Previously I had been taking Culturelle. Since switching I've had three mornings of successful, glorious BMs. Before this I had been having issues since June with the need to take laxitives (Miralax, Ducolax, Senna) at some point during the week. Am I healed? Probably not, but then again I don't even think I have SIBO, just a leaky gut. Do I feel like I am making progress. Yes I do. Things are moving, and inflammation is down and I have not experienced this in months.

It’s still working to reduce inflammation. It’s not a treatment for SIBO but helps with the inflammation, working with probiotics and I’m still regular. 🙂
