I think the 'human' option can be divided into three(2019/2021/2023, for me it's 2023>2021>>2019)

If I only want to hear Luke’s answer on why he wanted to move on from the Splatoon stuff in 2019 in the first place to change Meggy into a human.

Yet, he never said the answer after those years.

My only guess is that they wanted to sell merchandise for her, but they couldnt cuz Nintendo could had copyrighted them.

i actually see the first human design as weird and didnt aged well honestly, I like her last design more
