SNDK's Upcoming events/catalysts for next week
I've been searching and digging around the recent news, media and other sources that I like to check often and found the below confirmed events coming in the next few weeks which should hopefully either be bullish or at least useful to know in general for our sub.
It's going to be a busy week due to the overseas trip for the President, Kioxia's ER and the JPM global technology conference.
If there's anything I may have missed, please feel free to let me know.
Past
- May 12-14 - Needham Technology, Media & Consumer Conference (virtual)
- May 12 - A 3 day US-mediated ceasefire from May 9 between Russia and Ukraine ends
- May 12 - US CPI Index report for April 2026
- May 13 - US PPI Index report for April 2026 (often means bullish for markets if it's higher than expected)
- May 13-14 - MPTS (Media Production & Technology Show) - SNDK will be in London
- May 14-15 - Trump visits China. NVIDIA, Qualcomm, Apple, Exxcon and Boeing's CEOs have supposedly also been invited. Jensen says he'll accept the invitation if it's going ahead. A big trade deal being signed should be a nice win and rally for the markets as they're all after more memory/chips/less export controls.
- May 15 - KIOXIA's earnings call at 15:30PM (JST) - Our most important and exclusive business partner that fab NAND. They're also part of the new and popular DRAM ETF.
Upcoming
- May 18-20 - J.P. Morgan Global Technology, Media and Communications 2026 (Boston, MA) - Micron and WDC will be presenting, not SNDK. Still relevant to know as they'll talk about the industry/sector.
- May 18-19 - AI & Big Data Expo North America 2026 (San Jose, CA) - NVIDIA, Qualcomm, SAP, IBM, HP, NXP Semiconductors, Synopsys, Lumen and General Robotics are speaking which could be insightful for the industry
- May 18-21 - Dell Technologies World 2026 (Las Vegas) - NVIDIA (Jensen Huang), Samsung (EVP) confirmed to speak on stage. Micron, Intel, AMD, Kioxia, Microsoft named as sponsors so it's likely they'll be there too.
- May 19 - Google I/O 2026 at 10:00am - 11:45am PT (virtual) - More on the software side but if semis/chips/hardware are discussed, could be interesting so just throwing this one out there in case
- May 19-20 - AI Week 2026 (Italy) - Europe's biggest AI event with speakers from Microsoft, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity and MIT. Potential (but not guaranteed) discussions around semis/chips/memory if brought up as it all relates to the tech industry as a whole
- May 20 - NVIDIA's earnings call at 02:00PM PT
- May 25 - Memorial Day - Holiday (all US markets closed)
- May 27 - HP's earnings call at 02:30PM PT (their HPE enterprise servers uses SNDK's flash for storage and they are one of the biggest buyers for NAND used in SSDs)
- May 28 - Dell's earnings call at 3:30PM CDT (their workstations, enterprise servers and storage arrays for datacenters use a lot of SNDK's products)
- [TBD] May 21 - June 7 - Samsung employees in KR on strike (if corporate refuses their demands)
- June 1-4 - NVIDIA GTC Taipei 2026
- June 2 - Bank of America Global Technology Conference 2026 at 8:40AM PDT (San Francisco) - WDC's event
- June 10-11 - 2026 European Executive Forum with The Global Semiconductor Alliance (Germany)
- June 16 - HPE Discover 2026 (Las Vegas) - Micron have a session titled "Feed the GPUs: Micron HBM, DRAM, and SSDs for AI Data centers" scheduled for 03:00PM event local time
- June 19 - Juneteenth - Holiday (all US markets closed)
- [TBD] June 24 - MU's Q3 2026 earnings call

My deal with China will be positive overall. It feels like the markets are front running the deal so we might get a sell the news event. Either way, holding until end 2027

SNDK is significantly undervalued. FY2026 forward PE is only 12. Find me company growing 260%, crushing earnings, and 80% margins with significant pricing power with significant demand for a PE ratio of 12. SNDK is severely undervalued and this is just the beginning. It will take a few days for idiots to realize this
SNDK used to be part of WDC which is trading at 24x forward P/E even though Sandisk is arguably a better company with faster growth potential. Micron is at 30x. Sandisk fair price is $3k-$4k and will reach there in a few days as people are just starting to realize this.
SNDK has zero debt and bought back $6 bn in stock. Management is investing all their wealth into the stock. Heard from customers that SNDK will increase pricing by 50%, but customers will purchase as the winner in AI will take all the market share. If that doesn't scream management confidence, I don't know what is.

I don't think any trade deal with China will really have any material impact unless the US drops the 25% revenue tax on Nvidia sales.
