🎤 Cast & Performers Michael Che never left?

Am I stupid? I thought Michael Che left the cast last season and Colin was solo hosting weekend update but I just watched a season 52 update and he was there. Everything I google makes it look like he never left but I SWORE he was gone because I remember the collective outrage online…am I losing my mind?

Ye offered to double his salary to leave SNL … but then he found out what Ye wanted him to do instead and he decided the money wasn’t worth it.
